The electronic complaint form aims to facilitate the communication of illicit facts or irregularities to IGAI.

IGAI, as an external oversight entity of the acts performed by members of the security forces or other entities under the authority of the Ministry of Internal Administration, acts selectively, with its intervention limited to instances where the actions of these individuals involve the infliction of abuse, resorting to physical, psychological, or moral violence against citizens, in violation or serious non-compliance with norms aimed at safeguarding fundamental rights (life, personal freedom, physical and moral integrity, and cultural identity).
